Drs Valdez and Martinez have over 40 years of primary care experience. During that time they have seen how addictions can destroy individuals, families and careers. Dr. Valdez has over 20 years experience in family and occupational medicine. He finished his medical training at New York Medical College and completed a family practice residency at an affiliate of New York Medical College. He did additional residency training in preventative and occupational medicaine at the University of Arizona. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging. He is board eligible in occupational and preventative medicine. Dr. Valdez has always made it a priority to maintain and prevent illness rather than waiting for symptoms to appear. Over the past few years, he has expanded his practice to focus on hormone replacement and anti-aging therapy and would love to help you get back to your old self.

He finished his Internal medicine training at Brookdale Medical Center in New York City and is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has served as Director of the Department of Medicine at Mercy Hospital in South Texas and more recently spearheaded a movement to raise awareness on the ubiquitous nature of opiate addiction in our community.
